Welcome to ProSocial.Media. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Definitions

"We," "us," and "our" refer to ProSocial.Media


"Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity purchasing services from us.


"Services" include all products, subscriptions, and offerings provided by ProSocial.Media


2. General Terms

All services provided by ProSocial.Media are governed by these terms.


ProSocial.Media reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through updates on our website.


Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


3. Service Delivery

We are committed to providing high-quality services, including social media management, content creation, and other related offerings.


Timeframes for delivery depend on the service level agreed upon in your contract.


Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to fulfill the services.


4. Payments

All fees for our services are detailed in the contract or order confirmation.


Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Subscription services are billed monthly, and invoices are due upon receipt.


5. Refund Policy

Social Media Management Services:

Refunds for social media management services are only available if requested within 14 calendar days after the first published post.


If you do not approve or reject a draft post within 14 days of delivery, it will be considered approved, and our obligations for refund eligibility will end.


Clients cannot delay post approval indefinitely to exploit refund policies. Refund requests submitted after the specified timeframe will not be honored.


Other Services:

For all other services (e.g., one-time consulting, non-recurring content creation):


Refunds are available within 14 days of signup.


After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.


Non-Refundable Fees:

Setup fees, onboarding fees, or any initial consulting fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.


Refunds will not be provided for partially completed subscription periods.


Chargebacks and Disputes:

Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before initiating chargebacks. We reserve the right to terminate services for any client who initiates a chargeback without prior communication.


6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary approvals, assets, and feedback promptly.


Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide information or feedback, do not qualify for refunds or service extensions.


7. Service Limitations and Termination

ProSocial.Media operates on a cancel anytime basis for subscription services. Clients may cancel their service at any time without the need to provide prior notice.


Upon cancellation, no refunds will be issued for any partially completed subscription period, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.


ProSocial.Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms, fails to provide necessary input, or behaves inappropriately toward our team.


8. Intellectual Property

All content created by ProSocial.Media remains our property until full payment is received.


Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content once payment obligations are met.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the course of the service.


10. Liability Limitation

ProSocial.Media is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.


Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.


11. Jurisdiction for Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.


12. Data Protection and Privacy

By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


ProSocial.Media complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and UK GDPR, to protect your personal information.


13. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold ProSocial.Media, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.


14. Force Majeure

ProSocial.Media will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, technical failures, or government actions.


15. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our services may integrate or rely on third-party platforms. ProSocial.Media is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or reliability of these third-party tools or any damages caused by their use.


16. No Guarantee of Results

ProSocial.Media does not guarantee specific results from our services, including follower growth, engagement, or sales performance, as these depend on numerous factors outside our control.


17. Non-Disparagement Clause

Clients agree not to make any public statements or engage in actions that may harm ProSocial.Media's reputation. Disputes should be resolved privately and professionally via the provided contact channels.


18. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled by the client before the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be completed through the client portal.


19. Disclaimer of Affiliation

ProSocial.Media is an independent provider of social media management services and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the social media platforms mentioned on our website, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and YouTube.


The names and logos of these platforms are trademarks of their respective companies. Any references to these platforms are for descriptive purposes only, and no commercial claim to their trademarks is intended.
